Woodbyne Fitness Clinic is a training facility tucked away in the village of Lacey Green, just outside Princes Risborough.
Here you will find, a friendly non-intimidating environment with fitness instructors & therapists well qualified to provede the knowledge, skills & motivation required to help clients achieve their fitness & lifestyle goals.
A fully equiped training facility, Sports Injury Therapy, Sports Massage & Relaxation Massage are all provided with minimizing injury risk and reducing injury time-out being an important goal for the staff.
Membership of the Fitness Clinic is limited to enable the staff to feel confident that all clients are adequately looked after and do not have to wait for, nor have time limitations imposed on using equipment.
The Clinic has a wide variety of clients including professional Sports Coaches, marathoners, triathletes, talented youths, clients on medical referral, clients with joint stability issues or those rehabilitating from injury or joint replacement surgery, as well as many just wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The staff actively encourage clients to have specific goals. Entering events is a good motivational tool to aid the effectiveness of training regimes and even the most reluctant of participants find themselves really enjoying organised events.
Woodbyne Fitness Clinic aims to provide a real alternative to the typical gym environment. The Fitness Clinic provides the facilities and equipment, together with the expert knowledge and guidance to enable clients to achieve their personal goals as quickly, efficiently and enjoyably as possible.
Our aim is to create a friendly and relaxed environment in which to achieve the following objectives:
- To take an interest in all of our clients and ensure that good technique on all of the resistance and cardio-vascular equipment is adhered to.
- To make an effort to re-address and correct any muscular imbalances, problems or flexibility issues that clients may have.
- To encourage all clients to monitor and record their Cardio-Vascular performance and encourage them to keep increasing their workloads so as to improve their fitness levels.
- To ensure that clients do not have time limitations imposed on the use of cardio-vascular equipment or have to queue to use equipment
- To offer help & advice to all those with specific training goals
